Our Story
Pet care has always been a family affair. 🐾
Taylor Made Pet Sitting grew from something pretty simple: Our love for animals, and we believe our pets/family members are happiest when they can stay where they feel most comfortable, at home.
As a family of animal lovers, we understand that leaving a pet behind while you travel can be one of the hardest parts of going away. Traditional kenneling and boarding can be a great option for some pets, but for others, leaving their familiar surroundings, routines, smells and favorite sleeping spots can be stressful.
We wanted to offer families another choice.
With in-home pet sitting, your pets get to stay in the place they know best. They can sleep in their own beds eat from their own bowl, follow their normal routine and receive plenty of individual attention while you’re away. And you get the peace of mind that comes from knowing someone is not only caring for your animals, but looking after your home, too!
That’s how Taylor Made Pet Sitting came to be.
Today, we’re a family-run business led by Aimeé Taylor, with each member of our pet-sitting crew bringing something a little different to the family business.
Maycee Taylor specializes in daytime visits and pet check-ins, making sure pets get the food, potty breaks, playtime and attention they need throughout the day.
Emaline Taylor is our resident exotic-animal enthusiast and cares for some of our less furry clients, including lizards, snakes, frogs and other exotic pets. 🦎🐍🐸
Maddilynn Taylor provides overnight pet sitting, staying with pets in their own homes and keeping their normal evening and morning routines as familiar as possible.
Chaysen Taylor also provides overnight care, giving families another trusted option for keeping their pets comfortable and cared for while they’re away.
And because we’re a family business, this isn’t about simply checking something off a schedule. We’re building something together while doing something we genuinely enjoy: caring for animals and helping the people who love them.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide dependable, compassionate and personalized in-home pet care that allows pets to remain comfortable in their own environment while their families are away. We believe good pet sitting is about more than filling a food bowl or opening the back door. It’s learning the little things that make each animal them: their routine, their personality, their favorite toy, where they like to sleep, what makes them nervous and exactly how they prefer their belly rubs. From dogs and cats to rabbits, reptiles and other wonderfully unusual family members, our goal is simple: We Treat Your Pets Like Family. ❤️ Because while you’re away, that’s exactly how we want them to feel.
